Albisola: it is 1370 steps from the beach to Juan Bautista’s grandfather’s home, then 65 steps to the top of a medieval bridge and another 210 steps to Juan Bautista’s birthplace, you then turn the corner and take 165 steps to the Cathedral: Albisola, with less than 1000 people, has had two Popes.
